Fundraiser @ Chipotle, Mason 10/30/18, 5-9pm

Support Varsity Girls Swim team by grabbing dinner with friends or family on Tuesday, 10/30/18 from 5-9pm at the Mason-Montgomery location (9540 Mason-Montgomery Road, Ste. A in Mason). Bring the flyer, show it on your phone or tell the cashier for 33% of the proceeds to be donated back to the team. Thank you for your support!

General Information

Information regarding this season and what the players/ parents can expect throughout the season, including cost and schedule.

      Grades 7-8

Head Coach 
Tara Thomas

  1. Represent God at all times
  2. Attend every practice. In addition to learning basic technique, you will
    be preparing to compete at upcoming meets. Attendance at every practice
    is important in order for every practice to be as productive as possible.
  3. Dress appropriately to practice (girls- one piece suits only)
  1. Show respect- this includes showing respect to God, others, & yourself
  2. Give it your all- easy or challenging
  3. Be on time!

Practice Begins:

Season competition: 
November- January


4:00-4:30pm (dryland), 4:30-5:30pm (water)
3:30-5:30pm (dryland/lifting at school) No water time
4:30-5:00pm (dryland), 5:00-6:00pm (water)
Possible Saturday AM at CHCA HS for dryland workout (TBA)
Possible time for pool with blocks (would be starts practice ONLY) (TBA)


Athletes must wear the team suit and cap to each competition.
As for practice, they are permitted to wear a CHCA practice cap (provided)
along with an appropriate practice suit.
These key components implement unity and bestow discipline.
T-shirts and other sports attire info will be provided soon.


This sport has open registration and we do not anticipate requiring cuts for this team.

JH Swim Team Finishes Runner-Up with Individual League Champs!

Junior High Swim finishes runner up with individual MVC Champions! 


The following individuals were League Champions:

Caleb Tomlin - 200 Freestyle

Anabelle Brock - 25 Butterfly

Scott Burk - 25 Breaststroke

Caleb Tomlin, Matt Saxby, Ava Kraft, Anabelle Brock - 200 Free Relay
