Sports Performance @ CHCA

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with? your bodies.  ~ 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Under the guidance of Certified Performance Coach Adam Atallah ('07), CHCA's Performance training program has a unique philosophy: help student-athletes build strength and improve performance so they can perform safely and in a Christ-centered environment.  This aim has helped CHCA athletes be the best they can be on the field and court through conference championships, state title runs and day-to-day conditioning.
