CHCA Athletics has instituted a new policy regarding collection of uniforms for all grade levels and sports. In an effort to make the quality of our student-athletes uniforms a priority, we need your help and cooperation to make this new process work effectively. Coaches, as well as all building administration, have been informed of this new policy and will be enforcing it, effective immediately.
All uniforms will be collected at the close of the season directly by coaches on a date they communicate with your team/players. Please make every effort to return cleaned pieces of your assigned uniform to your coach on this date. They will be responsible to return their lot of inventoried uniforms and equipment to the athletic office.
For all pieces not returned to a coach at the specified collection date, you will then be billed for replacement pieces through the CHCA Business Office. Cost will vary by sport and piece and will be communicated to you prior to billing.
Building administrators and front desk attendants have been instructed not to accept any uniform pieces, as well as teachers. Please do not drop off any uniform pieces to a school office or classroom.
